KPC680 Express Card
I have been having a lot of problems with my PC card. I won't connect most of the time, I get an error QA913. And when it does connect and I try to go to a web page (Internet Explorer or Netscape) the connection drops after a few seconds. I've called the help desk and they say it's my laptop or to reinstall the software. I've done all that and I still can't connect. I haven't changed anything on my laptop (which is running XP and is only 2 years old and works fine) I tried calling Dell but they don't want to hear that there is something wrong with one of their laptop. They say it's a Verizon problem. I've even tried to install the card on other laptop computers with the same results. Can somebody point me in the right direction as to fix this problem. I'm locked into a 2 year contract and paying $80 a month for something I haven't been able to use for the last 3 weeks. By the way, my Verizon phone works just fine in the same area so it's not a signal problem.
