Default Which Sync is Best

Hi power users. I need advice. With the many types of sync options available how do I know which one is best for me?

1. I work for a small company that has an Exchange Server.
2. We keep our emails in a hierarchical file folder format.
3. I never want to risk getting DUPES of contacts and emails.
4. I do travel and want to get my emails in REAL time.
5. If i delete emails off my phone I DON'T want them deleted off my server in the office.
6. I'm concerend that if I sync with my server service will be too slow. Maybe Wireless Sync will be faster but what about sercurity?

Thanks very much in advance.

Default

I'm no expert nor power user here but I've done syncing with my laptop (not my phone) and my preference has been where if I delete the e-mail on my laptop, I want it to be also deleted from the server, so I don't have to see the old e-mail again. We've used exchange server and for the most part, I thought it was pretty secure.

If you are using XV6800, it's probably the same with a laptop, maybe except for the wireless sync.

Default advanced settings

5. I noticed that in the Messages screen, under my email account set-up, there is an Advanced Setting link that allows me to select 'Keep on server' or 'delete from server.'

So maybe keeping emails from being deleted from a server is something that can be covered by adjusting the Advanced Settings on your phone's e-mail account.

I hope that's helpful.
