DUN being charged as data usage?

I followed the guide here and edited the tethered NAI on my RAZR V3M and EVDO DUN works, however I checked my usage on verizonwireless.com and it is showing as pay as you use MB (so I am getting charged the $1.99 per MB). Did they patch the hole, or is there something I can do to fix this?

Have you signed up for a data plan?

If not, it's certainly possible that Verizon has caught onto this trick by now.

yeah go ahead and subscribe to vcast 15.00 data see if that will help
