What do you mean by it didn't work?

Were you not able to see the phone from bitpim? Not able to put the files? Or the phone won't find the new ringtones?

There are two options for getting ringtones onto our phones.

Method 1 for the more techno saavy, make sure you have the drivers all the way installed. I didnt and I had no idea they werent.

here then use Bitpim or QPST to delve into the system

Method 2 for the less tech inclined, make sure that if you are copying sounds to the phn though the "Copy to/from card" option with a Transflash card, they must be saved under the Sounds folder. Then you have to "text" them to your own number as a message and make sure you have the settings & tools/memory/save options/sounds settings set To Phone, text the sound to yourself, softkey Save As Ringtone and bingo....

new ringtone :>
