I'll be receiving my new phone in the mail thanks to Verizon's sale this past weekend. When was this phone launched by Verizon? Why are there not many users discussing this phone?

For those that have it, what's the u740's durability like?

As for Video playback, what programs are out there to convert to a compatible format?

This phone has been out for a few months.

I'm thinking of getting this for my wife as her 2 year upgrade.
