Removing data with the Wipe Handheld option - BlackBerry 8130
Performing this procedure disables all data services (web browsing, email, etc.) and removes all data (passwords, contacts, etc.) from the handheld. Before clearing the handheld, ensure there is a recent backup of the data.

1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.
   
2. Select Options then press in on the trackball.
   
3. Select Security Options then press in on the trackball.
   
4. Select General Settings then press in on the trackball.
   
5. Press the Menu button, select Wipe Handheld then press in on the trackball.
   
6. If desired, press in on the trackball to choose Include third party applications, select Continue then press in on the trackball.
   
7. Enter the word blackberry then press in on the trackball.
