Default LG VX9900

Is ther anyway I can get my outlook contacts onto my Verizon wireless Sync mail server so that I can sync it to my phone? I do not have an exchange server, only pop3. Can I import an excel file or some other format?

Thank you,

Jerry

I've read from somewhere that it is possible to wireless Sync with Outlook but not sure if using the exchange server is required or not.

you can sync from outlook or you can export your contacts using outlook to an excel document but if you don't have an exchange server to use than you would be better off getting a mobile office kit for your phone if one is available as it is a data cable and software that allows you to move contacts from the phone to the computer and vice versa
